The Cosmopolitan will match other casino tier status
So you want to check out The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, but you don’t want to start from scratch as a brand new player?
If you’re a member of another Las Vegas casino slot club in good standing, you can advance to the head of the class, as Cosmo will match.
Cosmo has three tiers: Silver (which everyone gets for signing up), Gold, and Platinum.
If you show your Total Rewards (Caesars) Platinum or Diamond card, you’ll get Gold. Show your Seven Stars and you’ll get Platinum.
If you show your B Connected (Boyd Gaming) Sapphire card, you’ll get Gold. Show your Emerald and you’ll get Platinum.
If you show your M Life (MGM Resorts) Pearl or Gold cards, you’ll get Gold. Show your Platinum and you’ll get Platinum.
Easy, eh?
Those are the only ones we know; if you’re a high member at another casino, visit the Cosmo player’s club (called Identity) to check. They have a list of tier statuses at all the major Las Vegas casinos.
What will that get you at Cosmo?
At Gold (normally 20,000 points, or $30k coin-in in 12 months), you can get an upgrade to a terraced suite, 24-hour advance ticket sales, free fitness center, arrival amenity (we checked and it’s chocolate), upgraded turndown service, one in-room movie per visit, birthday champagne toast, invitations to special tournaments, early check-in/late check-out, priority access to Wicked Spoon, access to Marquee Nightclub and Dayclub.
At Platinum (normally 80,000 points, or $120k coin-in in 12 months), you get all of Gold plus personal host service, pool host service, insider tours of restaurants, preferred seating at restaurants, free spa access, access to member lounge, access to chauffered limo, VIP check-in, priority valet, guaranteed room/suite availability, free transportation to/from the airport, and more.
Note that this will just upgrade you; your offers will still be dependent on your play.
