Gus Hansen

Bio: Gus Hansen, nicked named the Great Dane, is one of the most aggresive professional poker players of all times. Known for his pre-flop raises and playing rag hands with a reckless abandon of nonchalance makes him a very dangerous tournament player. He brings to the tournament table years of experience from playing championship backgammon where players are often rewarded for aggresions as a results of equity or as applied to poker , expectation; a combination of position, situation, card potential and opponents. Gus believes this accounts for his rapid rise to success in the world of tournament poker.
