Actor accused of rape and impersonating police officer
Metro, the real Las Vegas police
The “CSI” and The Hangover actor accused of raping a woman and impersonating a police officer is due in Las Vegas court today.
Douglas Brian Irvin Jr. allegedly responded to an ad for a $180 sensual body rub from masseuse Isabella, to come to his Las Vegas hotel room at the Hooters Casino.
When she arrived, she claims he touched her sexually and then offered $10,000 for sex. When she agreed, the arrest report states, Irvin showed identification that he was with Metro and that she was “in a lot of trouble” if she didn’t have sex with him for free. Otherwise, he would arrest her.
After the act, Isabella went to the real police to file a report.
Irvin was arrested last week and is currently at the Clark County Detention Center.
Irvin himself was already “in a lot of trouble,” as Metro found him when he checked in with his parole officer.
